Key Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of all Spa World products
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects
- Respond to phone and internet leads, making every effort to convert them into sales
- Manage and oversee showroom operations, ensuring retail standards are maintained
- Maintain client and prospect database for effective relationship management
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Achieve set sales and performance targets
Requirements:- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Problem-solving mindset and active listening skills
- Possession of a current driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Work Schedule:- Permanent Full-Time position
- Working hours: 10 am - 4 pm with flexibility to address sales queries as needed
